So I was the kid who really did buy strawberries instead of candy.

As I got older and learned more about food and herbs, I began to make the connection between what we eat and how well we thrive. Becoming a nutritionist has always been about others. Learning your story, getting to the root of health problems, teaching nutrition therapies and sharing simple meals for living longer stronger lives is my privilege.

With 28 years experience, I previously worked with Baylor University Medical Center and Tom Landry Sports Science Center prior to beginning private practice in 1999.

I work extensively with digestive health, Leap MRT food sensitivity test/program, cancer prevention, autoimmune health, inflammatory conditions, blood sugar and lipid balance, an individualized osteoporosis program, and helping folks finally... ditch "diets".
